
Here is a listing of each room and what needs to be done. Please note that when removing wallpaper, we do not know what shape the walls are underneath. Some may require more work than what is indicated. Rectory Kitchen & Bathroom · Remove existing wallpaper from all walls including behind the refrigerator and stove. Wall paper in the bathroom does not need to be removed or replaced. · Sand base molding and window molding on south-side. · Replace light fixture over sink. · Replace curtains. · Paint existing exhaust fan to match appliances. · Install stainless steel sheeting on side of cabinet and behind stove and radiator. Do not paint radiator as this has already been completed.. · Back entry area, patch and paint walls and base molding. · Paint cabinets. · Texture ceiling in kitchen bathroom. · Install new door (23 ¾” x 79”) and molding for door in kitchen bathroom. New door will need to be stained. · Prime and paint walls in kitchen. · Sand and paint frame around air conditioner. · Sand and stain door frame going from the kitchen into office.

Fr. John’s Office- 2nd Floor · Strip border from walls. · Repair cracks. · Install paneling on wall (5 sheets needed). · Install stainless steel behind radiator. Do not paint radiator as this has been done. · Paint walls and ceiling with KILZ as primer. · Paint walls and ceiling.
Third Bedroom & Storage Area To give you an idea of what a room may cost in materials, our group, which consists of Jerry & Linda Cronin, Al & Reyna McLean and George & Diane Olson are repairing/updating the third bedroom that is located in the upstairs living area. The materials will cost approximately $180 or $60 per couple. Repair cracks in walls. · Repair ceiling with sheetrock. · Install new light fixture. · Remove existing wall in storage area and replace with sheetrock. · Sand and paint base and window moldings. · Install cap molding where needed. · Prime and paint new walls. · Texture paint existing walls. · 10 sheets of sheetrock and materials required. · 1 gallon of primer and 2 gallons of paint required and feather dusters to texture walls.
